Introduction to LLA

I always struggled as a child, but usually held it together – just about.  But it kept getting harder as my life became more demanding and I gathered more responsibilities, I became dizzy, my vision suffered and I could not manage at work or at home.  It is incredible to have learnt how to help myself and to know that I am equipped to face each day with both the knowledge and the strategies.

I had learning challenges and severe anxiety and more labels than letters in my name.  Yet you believed in me and the girl bound to fail finished school, got her NVQs, a job and is now working towards a degree.  I am sincerely proud of who I have become…

My kid was the bully and I had no idea what to do.  Very grateful that I found you and discovered how supporting his body systems would reintegrate the whole way he viewed himself and others.  He now has friends, is socially aware and communicating in effective ways.
